Empathy-led help for anxious, reactive, and rescue dogs. Real-life results, without pressure.
Let's see if we're a good fit!
Struggling to raise a dog in London? You're not alone.
City life brings constant challenges: limited green space, noisy streets, the sheer amount of dogs, and pressure to have the “perfect” pet. Whether it’s settling in cafés, navigating public transport, or surviving a walk without stress, urban dog ownership can feel overwhelming.
You're not alone - and you're not failing. With the right support, city life can work with your dog, not against them.

Hi, I’m Freya Coakley, a dog trainer based in East London, and my journey into this work started with Gracey – my anxious Romanian rescue.
Living on the sixth floor of a flat with no garden, I quickly realised how hard city life could be for dogs like her. I couldn’t find the support we needed, so I decided to become the trainer I’d been searching for.
Now, I help other dog owners navigate the same challenges I faced – whether that’s reactivity, fear, lead pulling, or just figuring out how to get your dog to settle in the pub. I specialise in city dog training that’s practical, compassionate, and designed around real life.
From bespoke one-to-one support to friendly group puppy classes in London, everything I offer is rooted in empathy, not obedience drills. Together, we’ll build confidence, connection, and the kind of partnership that makes city life work for both of you.
